People have a natural curiosity about their neighbors' run-ins with the law. This blog provides booking logs from area jails, other crime-related information and links to Idaho and Washington judicial Web sites. Some who are incarcerated have not been judged guilty and are awaiting court dates.

Virtual Deadlines

Jeanne DePaul is the Tribune's editor-of-all-trades and blogs about a variety of subjects; anything goes. For the Trib's print edition, she edits and produces the Sunday AM lifestyles section, the Wednesday Close to Home food section and the Friday Arts & Entertainment section.

Postcards from the Edge

Susan Engle is the Tribune's Sunday editor and edits and designs Business and Outdoors sections, as well as the Sunday 1A. She also edits the Edge. Her blogs covers everything from business to politics to popular culture. She's also been known to throw a word puzzle at readers from time to time.

Elaine Williams is the business reporter for the Lewiston Tribune. She produces the local and regional stories that appear in the Sunday Business section. She also covers the financial side of health care and the region's largest private employers such as Potlatch Corp. and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories.

Kerri Sandaine is a Tribune reporter who likes to kick it old school. She writes (with a quill and ink) about education, social services and the people who make this region unique. Her favorite stories are about redemption, perseverance and things that make her laugh.

Proposal looks at cross-deputization between Idaho, tribes
