Tom Smith, the younger boy in the picture caught this 36 pound and 43 inch long tiger muskie from Winchester Lake. The fish is just two pounds shy of the state record of 38 pounds 7 ounces.The Smith family from Arkansas camped and fished at Winchester Lake State Park.
