Police ID child who died in Weippe fire

WEIPPE - The 3-year-old girl who died in a mobile home fire near here Monday has been identified as Feather Proctor, the daughter of Jasmine Proctor, authorities reported this afternoon.
A second child, 14-month-old Faith Proctor, was treated and released for possible smoke inhalation. The childrens grandmother, Fawn Robles, 40, was flown by helicopter to a Spokane hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation and possible other injuries.
Clearwater County Sheriff Chris Goetz said the fire, which started around 1 p.m., is still under investigation and no cause has been determined.
