Candelario Perez remains in intensive care at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center after he fell more than 10 feet down a canyon Monday, leaving him paralyzed from the chest down - doctors say he may never walk again.
The 39-year-old Lewiston resident was working for a fencing company based in Anatone building a wildlife boundary fence for the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife when he lost his balance and fell head-first down George Creek Canyon about 10 miles southwest of Asotin.
