Former Juliaetta resident Keith I. Miller passed away Sunday, May 4, 2008, at 87 years old, at his Tustin, Calif., home.
Col. Miller was born in Moscow, raised in and attended school in Juliaetta, graduating as valedictorian with 39 classmates.
His grandparents were T.O. Greene and Fanny Belle Greene. His mother, Eula Greene Miller, taught many years at the Juliaetta School.
Col. Miller leaves behind his son, Dr. Mark P. Miller; his sister, Dorothy Miller Bonish; two grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Col. Miller served in India during World War II and spent 35 additional years in the Army Reserves, retiring as full colonel.
He bids farewell to saddened family, neighbors and friends, and his Church of Christ family of Irvine, Calif.
