Donna Myers, 90

Lewiston resident Donna Myers will celebrate her 90th birthday Tuesday with her family.

She was born June 22, 1931, in Nampa. After high School, she moved to Lewiston to begin nursing studies at Lewis-Clark Normal School (now Lewis-Clark State College).

She and John Myers were married Oct. 28, 1950, in Genesee, and joined him in working on the family farm east of Genesee. Together they raised one daughter and four sons.

An active volunteer, she was a member of numerous clubs and organizations.

The couple moved to Lewiston in 1998, and her husband died in 2003.

She has 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
