Debbie Jean Pederson and Will Marshall Thomason, both of Boise, were graced with an exceptional 70-plus degree day for their rustic-themed, outdoor wedding September 20 in McCall, Idaho. The two were wed against a backdrop of brilliant fall colors and a clear blue sky on the driving range of the McCall Golf Club. The Rev. Clarence Howard, pastor of the First Christian Church in Orofino, officiated.
The bride is a former Grangeville resident who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communication studies from the University of Idaho in Moscow in 2010. Her parents are Ray and Darcy Pederson of Grangeville, and she is employed as a marketing representative for Kadel's Auto Body in Boise.
The groom has an associate degree from Treasure Valley Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in communication/business at Boise State University. He is owner of Idaho Property Maintenance in Boise, and his parents are Ken and Donna Thomason, and Laura Thomason, all of Payette, Idaho.
The maid of honor was Megan Murphy of Grangeville. Bridesmaids were Corina Beyer of Salt Lake City and Nicole Lorentz of Boise. The flower girls were the groom's nieces, Tylee and Maia Thomason of Boise.
The best man was Dan Rockrohr, and the groomsmen were Will's brothers, Beau and Shane Thomason, all of Boise. The groom's nephew, Blake Thomason, also of Boise, was the ring bearer.
A reception dinner and dance was held in the clubhouse at the golf course. Music for the ceremony and reception was provided by VCI Audio of Boise, and the reception DJ was James Ulmer.
After a wedding trip to Las Vegas in October, the couple are making their home in Boise.
