Tickets are $25 and $22 for WSU students with identification. Tickets will be available beginning at 10 a.

Tickets for the 17th annual Hot August Nights concerts Aug. 22 and 23 are on sale now at locations around the region.

This year's lineup includes rock and roller Eddie Money beginning at 6 p.m. Aug. 22 and the Grass Roots and the Supremes starring Mary Wilson beginning at 5 p.m. Aug. 23.

Tickets are $18 and are available at Albertsons in Lewiston and Clarkston, Rosauers in Lewiston and Moscow, Papa Murphy's Pizza in Lewiston and Clarkston and Coleman Oil Dyna-Mart locations.

PULLMAN -- Tickets are on sale now for Pullman Civic Theatre's production of the musical "Peter Pan."

Performances are July 31 and Aug. 1 at 7 p.m. and Aug. 2 at 3 p.m. in the auditorium in the Gladish Community Center, 115 NW State St.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and younger. Tickets are available at Dissmore's service desk and Neill's Flowers and Gifts, both in Pullman. If available, they also will be sold at the door.

Tickets go on sale Monday for the Alibi-Colgate Country Showdown to be held Aug. 16 at the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds.

The event begins at 5 p.m. with a 4-by-4 show and shine and the competition between regional country musicians starts at 7 p.m. The winner of the contest moves on to Washington state competitions for a chance at the national contest and a $100,000 recording contract.

Tickets are $3 for adults and children 12 and younger will be admitted free. Tickets may be purchased from the Alibi, Coleman Oil/Dynamart locations and the KRLC radio station studio, all in Lewiston.

Tickets are now on sale for the second annual Sun Festival, a daylong blues concert set for Aug. 2 at Clarkston's Gateway Golf Center, behind the Quality Inn.

The gates open at 2 p.m. and music begins at 3.

The lineup includes:

Cabin Fever -- 3 to 4:30 p.m.

Charlie Butts and the Filter Tips -- 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Ellen Whyte -- 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Too Slim and the Taildraggers -- 9 to 10:30 p.m.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate for individuals, and family rates are $35 in advance and $45 at the gate. Children age 6 and younger are admitted free with a parent.

Tickets may be purchased at the Clarkston Chamber of Commerce, 502 Bridge St., or at Albertsons in Lewiston and Clarkston.

Food vendors will be at the all-day concert and a beer garden also will be available.
