Herb Howe, temporary chairman of the Lewiston Orchards Assembly, was elected president at the Central Service Building. He succeeds Walter Durland, who resigned last month.

N.V. Morgan of Asotin was re-elected president of the Founders Service Organization of the Tri-State Memorial Hospital.

Dr. P.J. Weitz was elected vice president and Charles F. Baker, secretary-treasurer.
