Ryan Lee Rockwood of Silverlake, Wash., and Elizabeth Sarah Adams of Lewiston have made plans for a Sept. 8 wedding in Lewiston. His parents are David and Charlotte Rockwood of Silverlake and he graduated from Toutle Lake (Wash.) High School in 2003. They both attend George Fox University at Newberg, Ore. Her parents are Don and Mabel Adams of Lewiston and she graduated from Lewiston High School in 2003.
