Higgins-Garner

Monica Higgins and Corey Garner, both of Lewiston, plan to be married July 14 on a Salmon River beach near Cottonwood. She is employed as a substitute teacher for the Lewiston and Clarkston school districts. Her parents are Joe and Bonnie Higgins of Lewiston. She graduated from Lewiston High School in 1999 and the University of Idaho at Moscow in 2003. He is a Lewiston glass blower and his parents are Chuck Garner of Lahaina, Hawaii and Donna Garner of Lincoln City, Ore. He graduated from Ontario (Ore.) High School in 1998 and UI in 2006.
