An attorney representing Eric Christiansen in a lawsuit against the Lewiston Roundup Association was granted a motion to withdraw as attorney Tuesday by 2nd District Court Judge Michelle Evans.

Wyatt Johnson filed a motion to withdraw as Christiansen’s attorney May 3. In the motion, Johnson states Christiansen has “failed to meet his obligations as agreed upon in his engagement contract with my firm.”
