Deary residents urged to only use water for essential services

DEARY — Deary residents are being asked to only use water for essential services until a broken water transmission line is repaired.

They are advised to boil their water because of the risk of contamination. Idaho Ice will also be delivering 1,000 gallons of water to Deary City Hall between 3-4 p.m. today for residents.

A contractor is on site repairing the line. It is anticipated the repair will be complete within 24 hours. The boil water advisory will remain in place until water pressure has been re-established and water purity confirmed.
