Dedicating a new flag

PHOTO 1: Veterans and other citizens help unfurl a brand new 20-foot-by-30-foot U.S. flag to fly at the Rose Garden in Lewiston. The flag, which was donated by Vern Eide Chevrolet, located across the street, has to be replaced about twice a year at the site that was created 10 years ago.
