A fire left a single-wide trailer without part of its roof Friday. The Lewiston Fire Department responded to the call at 2:37 p.m. on the 900 block of Pine Street. The fire department located the fire in the bathroom ceiling, according to a news release from the fire department. The fire was extinguished, but part of the roof was damaged and removed. Damage is estimated at $10,000 and the cause of the fire was a faulty switch in the trailer’s bathroom exhaust fan, according to the fire department. No injuries were reported.
