Palouse Empire Fair continues today

The Palouse Empire Fair in Colfax will continue to bring carnival fun from 8 A.M. to 9 P.M. TODAY at 322 Fairgrounds Road, in Colfax. The carnival opens at 11 a.m. and admission is free for those 5 and younger, $10 for youths and those older than 55, and $15 for adults. More information is available at palouseempirefair.com.

Take a step into the past with Little House Day

Explore what life was like in Laura Ingalls Wilder’s “Little House” books at Little House Day from 1-8 P.M. TODAY at White Spring Ranch Museum/Archive Library, 1004 Lorang Road, in Genesee. Set at an 1878 Idaho log cabin, attendees can tour the historic location and enjoy fiddling, dulcimer playing, spinning, horse-and-card-rides by Equine Connections and other demonstrations. Ice cream will also be available while supplies last. Entry is by donation. More information is available at bit.ly/3AXDe79.
