Astronomy society has meeting in Lewiston

The Lewiston Astronomy Society will have its monthly meeting at 5 TONIGHT in room B10 of Meriwether Lewis Hall on the Lewis-Clark State College campus, in Lewiston. The topic of the meeting is electromagnetic radiation in astronomy. There will be samples of infrared radiation, radio waves, gamma rays and even microwaves. The public is invited to attend the meeting.

'The Miss Firecracker Contest' on stage tonight

The play "The Miss Firecracker Contest" will be performed at 8 TONIGHT at Jones Theatre, Washington State University, Pullman. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for WSU students and children, $7.50 for seniors. Admission is free for graduate students and domestic partners with valid identification.
