‘MythBusters’ host to appear at Pullman
Earth Day with Adam Savage is planned for 1:30 P.M. TODAY at Beasley Coliseum, 925 NE North Fairway Road, Pullman. There will be games, prizes, food and more, and Savage, co-host of “MythBusters,” will discuss climate change and the importance of science in sustainability. There is no cost to attend. The event is being organized by the Washington State University Environmental Sustainability Alliance, Associated Students of WSU and WSU Student Entertainment Board.
Diabetes Undone gets started Monday
An eight-session workshop called Diabetes Undone will start MONDAY at Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1212 19th St., Lewiston. There will be eight sessions between Monday through June 17, with each session going from 6-7:30 P.M. Those interested in the class can register or get more details at bit.ly/49t2RZ5.
