Hold-up man at Wasem's Drug makes off with pharmaceuticals Tribune

Police are looking for a man who robbed Wasem's Drug store in Clarkston of some pharmaceuticals.

According to a Clarkston police report, the man passed a note to the pharmacist demanding the drugs. He indicated he had a weapon, but it was not displayed, according to a Clarkston Police Department news release.

Detective Dan Combs said the suspect had his hand inside his jacket, suggesting he was armed.

The incident happened about 7 p.m. Thursday, police said.

The man was described as a thinly built white male in his 30s, with short hair. He is estimated to be between 5 feet 8 inches, to 5 feet 10 inches tall. The suspect is shown in the security tape at right.

He was wearing a gray shirt and gray or silver jacket with darker sides and back. He also had on a dark-colored baseball cap and sunglasses.
