HAMILTON, Mont. - A man who police said ran into a motorcyclist during a road-rage incident has pleaded not guilty to felony assault with a weapon and felony criminal endangerment.

The Ravalli Republic reported that Jason Nathaniel Gerrard of Victor made the plea Thursday in Ravalli County District Court.

Witnesses told police that Gerrard appeared to swerve intentionally into the path of the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist was thrown from the machine, but reported suffering only minor injuries.
