SYRINGA - A Bellevue, Neb., man was in fair condition Thursday at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center following a motorcycle crash Wednesday near Syringa.
Cameron Johnson, 36, was eastbound on U.S. Highway 12 at milepost 83 Wednesday morning when a vehicle in front of him slowed to turn into a private residence, according to the Idaho State Police.
Johnson put on his brakes to avoid colliding with the vehicle and tipped the motorcycle over in the road. He suffered head injuries, the state police reported, and was taken by ambulance to the Lewiston hospital.
No further information on the accident was available.
