Ten new members of Delta Psi Omega, honorary drama fraternity at Lewis-Clark State College, were initiated yesterday by Dr. John L. Nydegger, chairman of humanities. Three honorary members also were initiated.

Sixty Lewiston High School students achieved perfect 4.0 grades during the first quarter of the current school year.

The Snake River sockeye salmon Thursday became the first ocean-going fish on the West Coast to merit the federal government's most stringent protection. National Marine Fisheries Service officials announced at Seattle the sockeye would be ruled an endangered species.
