Forty years after James Dean's death, the normally peace-loving Nez Perce County Fair Board has been threatened with a lawsuit for using his likeness in advertisements for last year's county fair. The Curtis Management Group said it is the worldwide agent for the James Dean Foundation Trust, which holds rights to use of the actor's likeness.

BOISE - Lenore residents will no longer be charged tolls on calls made to Lewiston and Lapwai. At an Idaho Public Utilities Commission hearing, Inland Telephone Co. said Lenore customers will not be charged for calls made to Lewiston and Lapwai.

Steven Peterson, 18, was installed as master counselor of the Lewis-Clark Chapter Order of the DeMolay at the Lewiston Masonic Temple. A senior at Lewiston High School, Peterson plans to attend the University of Idaho.

MOSCOW - About 32 young women arrived in Moscow for the start of a week of festivities and contests that will culminate with the naming of Idaho's Junior Miss for 1975. The contestants from all parts of the state are staying with local families.
