The Idaho Fish and Game Department plans an open house today about waterfowl regulations and a public meeting Thursday evening to talk about proposed fishing regulations for 1994 and '95.
The open house will be at the Lewiston regional office at 1540 Warner Ave. from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The department is proposing to shrink the Mann Lake Refuge boundary and extend the season to give goose hunters more hunting.
The fishing regulations meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in Room 100 of Meriwether Lewis Hall on the Lewis-Clark State College campus at Lewiston.
The department is proposing changing the trout limits on upper Dworshak Reservoir and dropping the size limit on the reservoir's smallmouth bass in the regulations for the next two years.
