Pullman Hospital Foundation gets $20,000 grant

PULLMAN - The Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation recently received a $20,000 grant from the Avista Foundation based on its commitment to provide access and care to underserved populations.

Avista provided more than $93,000 in grants to area organizations during the fourth quarter to help pay for poverty reduction efforts, assist low-income families and help communities grow and prosper.

The Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation will use the money to pay for new equipment and to help establish an endowment fund for the hospital.
