Ready, aim, fire

Jerome Schrempp, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II in the Pacific, takes aim in one of the events in the Veterans Olympics on Friday at the Idaho State Veterans Home at Lewiston. More than 50 residents, several volunteers, the Lewiston High marching band and 10 cadets from the Idaho Youth Challenge Academy at Pierce gathered Friday for the event, which ended with a barbecue.
