Lee T. Owens, 20, 817 15th St., Lewiston, charged with burglary, a felony. Owens is accused of entering the Tobacco Spot on Main Street in Lewiston with the intent to commit theft.

Band equipment valued at $340 was reported stolen Dec. 23 from Highland Elementary School in Clarkston.
A burglary was reported at Clarkston High School's agricultural shop Dec. 23. Among the stolen items were a safe, laptop computer, video cameras, a projector and tools.
Three Clarkston juveniles have been arrested in connection with a burglary Dec. 28 at a residence on the 900 block of Elm Street in Clarkston. On Dec. 31, police recovered several items from the burglary, including a scooter valued at $800, a guitar, X-Box and other items in various Clarkston locations.
A burglary was reported Friday at Rooster's Landing in Clarkston. Entry was gained through a skylight and items reported stolen include a fifth of Crown Royal, a fifth of Cuervo tequila, a prime rib roast and a jar of tips.
A 1989 Chevrolet pickup truck reported stolen from Lewiston was recovered Friday in the Lancer Lanes parking lot in Clarkston.
A safe containing vehicle titles was reported stolen Friday from Clarkston Auto Sales on the 1200 block of Bridge Street in Clarkston. Entry was gained through a front door that had its glass shattered. Damage has been estimated at $150.
A 1997 Ford Escort was reported stolen Saturday on the 2500 block of Appleside Boulevard in Clarkston. The vehicle was later recovered in Asotin County with a 14-year-old behind the wheel.
A Sanyo 27-inch flat screen television valued at $399, a Sony Playstation 2 valued at $199, a HP computer valued at $1,000 and a DVD player valued at $100 were reported stolen Saturday from a residence on the 700 block of 12th Street in Clarkston.
