Sentenced to six months' informal probation, 180 days in detention, all suspended on condition he complete the terms of probation, including 180 hours of community service, $100 restitution, and attend school.
Lawsuits
Jerome and Lisa Ingraham have filed a lawsuit in Asotin County Superior Court against Jim Martin, doing business as Asotin County building inspector, and the Asotin County Building and Planning Department. The lawsuit, which seeks $25,000 in damages, concerns a dispute over construction of a residence and shop at 38001 Snake River Road. The lawsuit claims Martin was aware of the construction and inspected the property during the construction, but now alleges the plaintiffs are in violation of the Asotin County building code for not obtaining proper building permits.

A custom-made mat valued at $250 was reported stolen from Lincoln Middle School in Clarkston Monday. The 4-foot-by-3-foot mat is printed with "Welcome to Lincoln, Lancers have Pride."
