Zachary P. Koenig, 28, homeless, charged with burglary, grand theft, malicious injury to property, attempting to elude a police officer, all felonies. Status conference hearing March 27.

Tracy L. Webster, 41, of Lewiston, pleaded guilty to DUI, a misdemeanor. Sentenced to 60 days jail with 50 days suspended 60 hours of community service in lieu of five days jail, 364 days of supervised probation, driver’s license suspended 365 days and pay $1,388.50.

Kypo C. Navarro-Withers, 27, of Asotin, pleaded guilty to DUI withheld judgment, a misdemeanor. Sentenced to 60 days jail with 55 days suspended and credited with one day, 48 hours of community service in lieu of four days jail, driver’s license suspended 180 days and pay $881.30 in fees.
