Brandy L. Hulett, 21, 2931 Mayfair Drive, Lewiston, possession of methamphetamine, sentenced to 30 days in jail, converted to 240 hours of community service.
Isaiah L. Jackson, 23, 327 Adams Lane, Lewiston, second-degree assault, third-degree assault, sentenced to six months in jail, followed by one year of supervision by Department of Corrections.
Matthew R. Tournay, 31, 1126 14th Ave., Lewiston, charged with bail jumping added to charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree theft.

Loran R. Powell, 37, Lewiston, felony DUI, sentenced to three to 10 years in prison. The court retains jurisdiction for 365 days, after which Powell will be placed on probation or ordered to serve the rest of the sentence. Driver's license suspended for two years following release and fined $1,000.

Crime Reports
A resident on the 1000 block of Eighth Street in Lewiston reported items stolen from the back window of his Chevrolet Trailblazer. A stereo, speaker and amplifier valued at $390, an iPod valued at $260, school books valued at $300 and a ratchet tool valued at $100 were reported stolen.
Electrical cable valued at $200 and old tractor-trailer tires and wheels were reported stolen from an unlocked garage on the 600 block of 24th Street in Lewiston.
A window was broken at a trailer on Eko Compost Systems property in North Lewiston, and $775 cash and six blank business checks were reported stolen.
A 32-year-old Lewiston man was surrounded by police Thursday night after it was reported he was allegedly holding a rifle and yelling at people in a residence on Adams Lane in Lewiston. Police said witnesses misidentified what he was holding, as it was actually a broomstick.
