Lawsuits
James and Jo Della Sargeant of Clarkston have filed a complaint against Asotin County District Court Judge Ray D. Lutes and Court Administrator Barbara Henderson in Asotin County Superior Court. The claim alleges the Sargeants were denied a public records request for the judge and court administrator's time sheets and wage compensations. They are seeking court costs and legal expenses.
