DEARY - A Lewiston man was injured in an all-terrain vehicle accident Saturday evening near here.

According to the Latah County Sheriff's Office, the 41-year-old man was riding an ATV around 9 p.m. Saturday at the Little Boulder Campground near Deary. He swerved to avoid a cow and received injuries to the hand. He was taken to Gritman Medical Center in Moscow.

Latah County and Deary ambulance responded. No patient update was available Saturday evening.
