ASOTIN — A 61-year-old Spokane woman was sentenced to 366 days in prison for second-degree theft and five counts of second-degree identity theft.
Pamela A. Kiddie was found guilty at a jury trial conducted last week in Asotin Superior Court and sentenced Monday by Judge Brooke Burns.
Kiddie used a stolen credit card in 2019 in Asotin County, according to court documents. She was ordered to pay restitution for her crimes, and complete a year of community custody upon release from prison.
Kiddie was represented by attorney John Perry, and Prosecutor Curt Liedkie handled the case on behalf of the state.
