A Clearwater County teen with a warrant for her arrest has been identified as the driver who walked away from a rollover accident on Lewiston's Normal Hill.

Sydney L. Bradley, 19, of Pierce, was driving a 1998 Honda south on Fifth Street Monday when she drifted to the right, struck a parked Nissan Pathfinder and rolled the Honda, according to Lewiston Police.

Bradley is alleged to have fled the scene immediately after the accident, leaving the Honda on its roof with its hazard lights blinking and forcing closure of the street.

She allegedly told police the car rolled when she reached for a pack of cigarettes. Bradley was ticketed on charges including driving without privileges, no insurance and failure to notify police of an accident. She was arrested on the Clearwater County warrant and booked into the Nez Perce County jail.

The Honda, registered to Justine C. Jackson of Moscow, suffered about $8,000 in damage during the accident. Damage to the Nissan totaled about $5,000, according to reports.
