KENT, Wash. — Authorities say two teens were arrested Friday for bringing a gun to a high school in Kent.

King County Sheriff’s Sgt. Ryan Abbott said there was no implied threat to Kentwood High School, but a parent saw the teens, ages 15 and 16, playing with a gun.

Local news media reported the school was placed on lockdown, but it has since been lifted.
