ASOTIN - A Grange-ville man accused of setting off a stink bomb at the Asotin County Courthouse last month pleaded innocent Thursday to charges stemming from the incident.
Charles A. Rogers, 45, is facing charges of first-degree malicious mischief, a felony, and placement of a gas bomb, explosive or stink bomb, a gross misdemeanor, for an alleged incident that closed the courthouse on Oct. 11.
A trial date of Jan. 31 has been tentatively set in Asotin County Superior Court. Rogers' attorney told the court he plans to file a motion for change of venue.
