The north central Idaho group affiliated with United We Stand America will form its standing committees Wednesday night, Aug. 18, at Lewis-Clark State College.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in Room 100 of Meriweather Lewis Hall. All members and interested citizens are invited.
Also on the group's agenda are the results of the statewide group's Continental Congress last month in Boise; the by-laws, procedures and policy manual adopted by the statewide group's board of directors; and a review of recent communications with Ross Perot, a national spokesman for United We Stand America, according to a news release.
The meeting will conclude with a videotape presentation of Perot's speech at United We Stand America's July 17 rally in Boise.
