Lizabeth Sue Doise

Lizabeth Sue Doise (White) passed away unexpectedly Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023, at her home in Lewiston.

Lizabeth was born March 17, 1963, in Alameda, Calif., to Kenneth L. White and Sally L. White (Barnes). She attended elementary school in both Alameda and Capitola, Calif.; middle school in Aptos, Calif., and graduated in 1981 from Aptos High School.

Liz was a caring wife and mother, running her home with love and gentle discipline. She was employed for many years at SCO in Santa Cruz, Calif., until the company moved to Utah. She then moved to Oroville, Calif., working for the Thermalito Union School District as a school yard supervisor, office clerk, bus driver for special needs children and had qualified as a Level 1 paraeducator. Her final employment was with FedEx Ground in Watsonville, Calif.

Liz loved her fur babies and enjoyed playing pool and golf, kayaking and was a lifelong Oakland A’s baseball and Raider football fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Brent E. Doise of Felton, Calif., and her father and stepmother Kenneth L. and Lona J. White of San Lorenzo, Calif. Lizabeth is survived by her son, Blake E. Doise (Ashley), and granddaughter Tyla of Arnold, Calif.; mother Sally Perkins of Aptos; brother Warren White (Paulette) of Sanger, Calif.; aunt Sheila Loomis of Bovill, stepsister Elizabeth Harris (Tim) of San Ramon, Calif. and her many friends and extended family members.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 27, in Lewiston.
