Patricia Ruth Johnson passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023, in Arlington, Wash.

Pat was born Feb. 8, 1933, in Seattle. She graduated from Holy Names Academy in Seattle in 1950. She then moved to the Tri-Cities when her father accepted a position at the Hanford Reservation. Pat married and started her family before returning to the west side of Washington state where she would reside and raise her family for the next 34 years.

After a long career in state government Pat retired in 1988. Soon after retirement she and her husband Lee Johnson relocated to Clarkston where they would spend many happy years enjoying their new home, their pug dogs, cats and especially her church and the people she met there as well as through her many volunteer activities.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband Lee Johnson, both her parents, her siblings Dorothy and Donald, and her stepson Doug Johnson.

She is survived by her daughter Kristine Harris (Richard), of Stanwood, Wash., Bill Overson, of Mill Creek Wash., Catherine Dennis (Dale), of Arlington, Eric Overson, of Tacoma, stepdaughter Mona Harvey (Carolyn), of San Luis Obispo, Calif., along with five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at The Episcopal Church of the Nativity, 731 Eighth St., Lewiston.
