Rodella (Ro) Noble Wickard, 60, of Pullman, passed away Friday, Nov. 15, 2013, following a motor vehicle accident that day. Ro was born Aug. 20, 1953, to Alfredo and Estrella (Ambulo) Noble in Cavite City, Philippines.
She met her husband, Jerry Wickard, while he was serving in the U.S. Navy, and the couple married on Nov. 21, 1979, at Olongapo, Philippines. In the early 1980s, Ro moved to the United States, joining Jerry in South Dakota. They made their home in South Dakota until 1988 when they moved to Pullman with their two young sons. After raising her boys, Ro enjoyed being a self-employed house cleaner and building close relationships with her clients. She was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Ro was a member of Simpson United Methodist Church in Pullman.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry, of Pullman; two sons, Jason Wickard and Eric Wickard; her sister, Corazon King, and her brother, Romeo Noble. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Viewing for family and friends will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at Kimball Funeral Home in Pullman.
