Preoccupation with books
Forget your property tax woes or that kids need food in the summer.
Our state leaders have finally addressed their needling preoccupation with library books and are experiencing a successful surge of divine intervention from the Idaho Family Policy Center, Moms for Liberty and Idaho Freedom Caucus. Why not recognize their efforts to curate adult-only collections and acknowledge their zealousness? How about christening these collections: “The Idaho Family Policy Center Special Obsession Collection” or “The Moms for Their Liberty Not Yours Collection” or “The Idaho We Define Freedom Caucus Collection”?
Then in tiny print it can say: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this collection or any content contained herein. By using this collection, you must represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and may legally agree to this agreement. The library takes no responsibility or liability for misrepresentation of your age. Future legislation could affect such agreements.

Compare their four years
What appears to be the presidential candidates is set. We can look back at what their previous four years were like.
I have always thought actions speak louder than words. Donald Trump wanted secure borders; President Joe Biden wanted open borders. Venezuela crime has dropped 60%; ours is up no matter what the FBI reports. Trump put sanctions on Iran; President Biden gave them billions, and now they have funded terrorist attacks on Israel. Trump would not allow the Russian government to finish its pipeline to Germany; President Biden removed the sanctions and Russia used its newfound wealth to invade Ukraine. Trump put tariffs on Chinese goods being imported; President Biden removed them and removed obstacles for China to steal United States’ technology. Trump cut corporate and personal tax rates; President Biden wants to raise them.
Always remember: Corporations don’t pay taxes; people do. Businesses operate on percentages: The government raises taxes; they raise prices; the consumer pays more. Just what we need: more inflation.
Speaking of inflation, President Biden stated he inherited high inflation. It was actually 1.4% in January 2021 when he was sworn in. He soon created record high inflation, the only thing he seems to be able to accomplish. Moving the student loan bill from the borrower to the taxpayer will only create more inflation.
