My daughter's OK

In response to this weekend's letter, my daughter is OK. Yes, what happened should not have taken place and the lady made good points. As for changing dojos, no thank you; her sensi is good and she did as she was trained, kept a level head through all of it. She respected the rules and was trained to do so. Her sensi has spoken to her since then. She will stay where she is but I can say this: She will never do another competition. My daughter enjoys karate and yes, was disrespected in my eyes as well. But there is such a thing as forgive and forget. We lived and learned the hard way, and yes, it's sad when rules are not followed. Thank you for your concern.
