Below are Rep. Bill Sali's congressional votes in March 2007.

On March 26, the U.S. House approved HR 137, the Animal Fighting Prohibition Enforcement Act of 2007. The act will strengthen prohibitions against animal fighting. The vote was 368-39. Rep. Sali voted no with the minority.

On March 26, the U.S. House approved HR 802, the Maritime Pollution Prevention Act of 2007. The act increases Coast Guard enforcement to decrease ship pollution in America's coastal waters and bays. The vote was 359-48. Rep. Sali voted no with the minority.

On March 19, the U.S. House approved HR 658, the Natural Resource Protection Cooperative Agreement Act. The act authorizes the secretary of the interior to enter into cooperative agreements to protect the natural resources of our national parks. The vote was 390-10. Rep. Sali voted no with the minority.

On March 15, the U.S. House approved HR 1362, the Accountability in Contracting Act. The act restricts noncompetitive federal contracts and requires agencies to submit justification and approval documents for such contracts to the public. The vote was 347-73. Rep. Sali voted no with the minority.

On March 7 the U.S. House approved HR 569, the Water Quality Investment Act of 2007. The act amends the Clean Water Act to prohibit the funds authorized by this act from being used to lobby government officials, or to pay certain expenses for them. The vote was 36-58. Rep. Sali voted no with the minority.
