Lower Monumental Lock and Dam closed to public crossings through Sept. 28

KAHLOTUS, Wash. — Lower Monumental Lock and Dam is closed to public dam crossings through Sept. 28.

According to a news release from the Army Corps of Engineers, the closure will allow the agency to perform maintenance on the dam.

Public dam crossings also are available at Lower Granite Lock and Dam and Little Goose Lock and Dam.
