Smoke concerns push a score of prep games into Kibbie Dome

With no promise that smoky skies will clear later this week, a number of northern Idaho high school football matchups have been moved into the Kibbie Dome at Moscow.

Among Tribune-area teams that will play at the Dome, Genesee will face Kendrick at 7 p.m. Thursday, Moscow will tangle Grangeville at 8 p.m. Friday and Deary will take on Potlatch at 2 p.m. Saturday. This week's full Kibbie Dome schedule is listed below.

A few area volleyball schedules have also been adjusted: Timberline of Pierce-Weippe will travel to Nezperce for a varsity-only tilt at 6 p.m. Thursday; Potlatch will play at Genesee on Friday, beginning with a JV match at 5 p.m.; Deary will travel to Potlatch for a varsity-only contest at 10 a.m. Saturday.
