Moscow shooting: Fugitive complaint for John Lee

A series of documents have been filed in Whitman County Superior Court following Saturday's shooting spree in Moscow that left three people dead and a fourth injured.

Attached here is a fugitive complaint filed by Whitman County Prosecutor Denis Tracy for Moscow resident John Lee, 29, who is the alleged perpetrator in the rampage. Lee reportedly fled to Whitman County following the reported shootings where he led police on a high-speed chase.

He is facing charges of felony eluding in Whitman County and three counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder in Latah County.
