UPDATE 3:15 p.m.: Man dies from injuries sustained in Webb Ridge Road crash

A man died from extensive injuries sustained in a one-vehicle crash this morning on Webb Ridge Road, according to a Nez Perce County Sheriff's Office news release.

Rescue workers pulled the man up a steep embankment after his vehicle rolled several times and landed in a creek bed, five miles south of Webb Road. The man was ejected from the vehicle.

He was transported to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
